The Intense Cleanse is the next step up from the Thrive Cleanse and is great for getting a deeper detoxification. It’s best for people who already live a fairly healthy lifestyle and simply want a little reboot.
The Intense Cleanse is also a great starting point for people who are planning to do a longer detox. They may start on the Intense Cleanse then continue onto The Ultimate to go even deeper.
As well as offering delivery across Brisbane you can now elect to pick up your juice cleanse from our Teneriffe, Rocklea and Ipswich store locations. Generally, for pick up our juice cleanses start Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, however, should you wish to start on another day please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you require delivery, we will contact you as soon as we receive the order to confirm the next available delivery date. We do our best to meet your needs but please note we make the juices to order and as such require 48 hours notice on all orders.
WHAT'S IN MY JUICES?
lemon, ginger, turmeric
High in vitamin C. Contains a great source of turmeric's active component, curcumin, in its whole food form which may contribute to a healthy immune system.
celery, cucumber, lettuce, spinach, kale, lemon, parsley, ginger
Good source of iron, vitamin A, C, B6, K and copper. Necessary for normal neurological function and energy production. Helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Good source of vitamin K, B6, A, C, copper and folate, necessary for normal energy production, neurological function and immune system function.
carrot, beetroot, celery, spinach, lemon, ginger
Contains a good source of iron, vitamin A, K and copper. Iron is necessary for normal oxygen transport, cell division and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
